The World Series of Dreidel returns to Beth Shalom this Hanukkah! Congregation Beth Shalom takes the traditional game and puts a little spin on it. Bring your friends and recall the thrill of dreidel, with a grown-up twist.

This is the only place you can play the "official" World Series of Dreidel, thanks to Doug Bergman and family, who have a registered trademark on the game. The buy-in gets you a stack of chips and as many visits as you can handle to the dessert buffet. You then sit at a table and win or lose at the whim of the four-sided top. As play continues, antes rise, and chips accumulate to those who manage to spin plenty of gimels.

No dreidel game would be complete without gelt for the winners, but in this case local merchants are generously donating exciting prizes instead. These prizes are not just something coming out of someone’s garage. They are something you can actually walk away and say “I won this for spinning a dreidel!”

So what's stopping you from coming? Oh yes, there will be babysitting available. So now you have no reason not to come.
