"G" Hum Parade

at Bows & Arrows

Daniel Trudeau (otherwise known as Pregnant) is spearheading an intriguing project: he’s trying to get a bunch of people with instruments together and have everyone play the chord of “G” while walking through the streets of Sacramento. The idea is to tune enough guitars and whatever other instruments together and play either sporadically or all together to create a large ambiance of "G". You can bring electric instruments, but they must resonate lower than the acoustics so as to keep the acoustic sound at the forefront.

The “G” Hum Parade, as it’s called, will start from Bows & Arrows and will end at Southside Park.

Daniel is trying to get at least 100 people to participate and already has around 45 confirmed. If you’re interested, you can email him at at the address below with your name, phone number, and a bit of info about the instrument you’ll be playing. There may be extra instruments if you don’t own one.
