From runaway slaves to teachers, soldiers, and restaurant owners, to barbers who practiced a little medicine on the side, come celebrate the stories of Sacramento's black pioneers at the Historic City Cemetery.
Parking is located across the street from the 10th Street gate. Donations are appreciated and are used for ongoing restoration and preservation projects.
