It's a day of fun. A day of family. A Day of Dance. During February Heart Month, join Mercy for an interactive event bringing people of all ages together for heart-healthy activities, including care chats with Mercy experts, cooking demonstrations with Whole Foods Market and, of course, kicking up your heels. Admission cost includes healthy continental breakfast.
Experience everything from Dancing With Elmo and Zumba to ballroom dancing and hip-hop. Plus, enjoy live performances from some of the region's most accomplished dancers and health screenings by experts from Mercy Heart & Vascular Institute.
