The mission of the Old Sacramento Business Association (OSBA) is to work in partnership with the City of Sacramento, the State of California, property owners, merchants, and other stakeholders in their common goal of strengthening the commercial vitality of the Old Sacramento Historic District.

      We missed the parade this year because unlike previous years it was not actually held upon St. Patrick's Day. They held it the Saturday before which makes sense if you want to attract more tourist... Expand

They held it the Saturday before which makes sense if you want to attract more tourist dollars but theis event has never had a problem with attendence.
