The mission of the Old Sacramento Business Association (OSBA) is to work in partnership with the City of Sacramento, the State of California, property owners, merchants, and other stakeholders in their common goal of strengthening the commercial vitality of the Old Sacramento Historic District.

We missed the parade this year because unlike previous years it was not actually held upon St. Patrick's Day. They held it the Saturday before which makes sense if you want to attract more tourist... Expand

How disappointing the OSBA couldn't come up with this for today...MARDI GRAS!! The whole point of Mardi Gras is to get your party excesses out of your system before Lent begins (Ash Wednesday) whereas... Expand

The St. Patrick's Day Parade has moved to the Saturday before St. Patrick's Day (March 13) and a Festival has been added to the 2010 event from noon - 6:00 p.m. The family-friendly parade steps... Expand

At the tree lighting ceremony, the SacTones will sing carols and jazz Christmas songs, and scenes from Forever Plaid will be presented starting at 5pm on November 26th.
