Paint the Town
Leverage the Wide Open Walls map making your way across Sacramento to see the murals in the early stages of progress!
A stop in Oak Park not only allows you to see Wide Open Walls artist and our friend Jaya King – who’s an absolute blast, as you can see for yourself – paint a wall of the historic Guild Theatre, but also allows you to stop by the neighborhood favorite Oakhaus for some German-style brunch.

Off the Wall
After a day of mural hunting, a brief change of pace might be good to cleanse your pallet. The Tim Collom Gallery in Midtown is hosting a reception for their resident artist Gong Yuebin who, alongside his three life-long friends and fellow alumni of China’s Guangzhou Academy of Fine Arts, make up the exhibition “4 From China: Guangzhou Style.”

Beam Me Up, Sacramento
Finally, a stop at the Elks Tower in Downtown for the Street Art Parking Lot Party is the perfect end to the day. It’s a chance to dance and grab some food and drinks in celebration of Wide Open Walls as a mural goes up in the Elks Tower’s plaza. Oh, and there will be lasers!
