Midtown Second Saturday is a vibrant celebration of the art community. This all-day celebration includes local artists, art walks, live music, nightlife, culinary arts, and gallery exhibitions, making it an arts destination like no other. From May to October, you can check out a wide variety of activities that will make you appreciate our community even more.

The Midtown Farmer’s Market is always a crowd favorite, especially when it comes to getting your fresh produce. Second Saturday mixes it up by adding unique and fun art experiences for the whole family.
Movie in Fremont Park: The Princess Bride
Fremont Park | 4:30pm-9pm
Inconceivable! The beloved film, The Princess Bride, is headed to Fremont Park for Second Saturday. Before catching the movie, you can creative with Atrium Zero Waste Mobile Art Café, grab a bite from the food trucks, or enjoy complimentary popcorn and cotton candy (while supplies last).

Looking for a new way to explore Midtown? Join a Second Saturday Art Walk! Art walk itineraries are curated so you can enjoy a one-of-a-kind experience at local restaurants, bars, galleries, studios, and more. Each month has a different theme, giving you the opportunity to experience something new.
October’s walk highlights female-identifying artists between Midtown, Sutter, and Alhambra. Stops include Blue Cue, Sutter’s Fort State Historic Park, California State Indian Museum, janeGallery, and more.
