We are excited to introduce the Eastern Music Healing Program, a unique community wellness initiative that brings together traditional Middle Eastern music, spiritual chants and devotional songs, guided relaxation, cultural arts, and creative activities to promote emotional well-being, connection, and a sense of community for youth and adults in the Sacramento area.
Join us for this 12-session program and experience the power of music, culture, and community in a welcoming and supportive environment. No prior musical experience is required.

Sessions are held every other Saturday from 6:30 PM to 8:30 PM. Participants are encouraged to arrive a few minutes early for check-in. Light refreshments and time for community connection and conversation are included as part of each session
