NorCal Services for Deaf & Hard of Hearing

The mission of NorCal Services for Deaf & Hard of Hearing is to empower, educate, and advocate for deaf, hard of hearing, and hearing people in the community. They strive to empower their clients to live indepedently and productively within the greater society; educate family members, services providers, employers, and the general public of the unique communication needs, abilities, and accomplishments of deaf & hard of hearing children and adults; and advocate for equal access and opportunities for deaf and hard of hearing individuals in society.
