Button Bazaar

The Sacramento Button Club is hosting its 2025 semiannual Buttons Show featuring antique collectible buttons, unique one of a kind artist creations, as well as modern and vintage buttons for sewing, quilting, knitting and jewelry. Thousands of buttons from around the world will be for sale. Button activities and educational displays will introduce you to a fascinating world of button collecting. Activities are open to all ages but young children must be accompanied by an adult. You can also bring your own button collection in for appraisal.

While exploring this show, you will discover in the miniature pieces of art that “Every Button has a Story.” Just ask the knowledgeable dealers sitting behind the tables and you can learn about how the history of art, culture and politics is reflected in buttons. You may also learn something new about how the use natural and manmade materials were developed in button manufacture. But best, you may also fall in love with these little treasures and bring one home to use or just to collect!
